Trampoline and Tumbling Annual Update/Course Announcement

All T&T judges and coaches must register and participate in one of these webinars. It lasts about an hour and then there is a short quiz afterwards. The cost is $15 and I believe the online registration is working. You may also FAX in the registration or mail it to USAG. Please make an effort to complete this requirement at the earliest possible date.

Synchro Challenge – a unique event that allows Levels 4 ~ Elite athletes the opportunity to perform a Synchronized Trampoline Routine. The individual teams may be mixed pairs and/or mixed-age groups. Athletes can even go up or down one level just for this event. We will have Synchro Challenge Awards; however there will be no age-groups and athletes can only compete in one pair. All levels will perform the USAG Compulsory routines only. Come join the fun…

  • Session 3- SUnday 9:00am Levels 4-10 Males (20 minute warm up, Then compete on each event)
  • Session 4- Sunday 12:00pm Levels 4-7 females 10 & Under (20 minute warm up, Then compete on each event)
  • Session 5- Sunday 3:00pm Levels 4-7 females 11+ (20 minute warm up, Then compete on each event)

Aspire’s Jerrett Jensen Hits Silver

Jerrett Jensen (pictured first on the left) was the silver medalist on double mini at the 22nd World Age Group Championships held in Sofia, Bulgaria.  Noah Orr (Air Sports) finished just off the podium in fourth place. Jensen and Orr competed in the 17-18 year category. In the 15-16 age category, also on the double mini, Michael Liao of Air Sports and Josh Browne of Aspire finished seventh and eighth, respectively.

Arizona Athlete brings Home World Gold

Arizona athlete Shelby Gill who trains with Air Sports will be bringing home a little bit of bling from her trip to the World Championships in Bulgaria. Both the US women’s and men’s double mini teams won gold at the 2013 World Championships. Shelby was a member of the winning women’s team (pictured, fourth from left)
